Please Help Puerto Rico
It's been a tough few weeks for Puerto Rico who was struck by Hurricane Irma and then the devastating Maria and the entire island lost power. I’m a firm believer in sending supplies or even going in person to help re-build our beautiful island that already was eleven years in recession to begin with.

The Puerto Rican Family Institute located at 145 West 15th street is collecting items such as canned food and batteries, water, etc to be sent to our beautiful island of PR. Their number is 212-924–6320. Also: The following locations have generously agreed to serve as drop off locations for Hurricane Maria relief supplies: MANHATTAN: Casabe Senior Houses 121st St and Lexington Ave. Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm. BRONX: El Maestro, Inc. on Southern Blvd. Take #5 to Freeman Street. Mon-Fri, 2-8pm. BROOKLYN: Paul's Parish Hall 334 South 5th St. Sunday, 1-5pm.
